How it works

Every URL travels the same four stations. You can see where each one is at any moment.

Pre-flight check

We open the page like a crawler: status code, redirects, noindex in the page or the server headers, canonical tag, robots.txt, “not found” pages and JavaScript-only pages. For backlinks we also confirm your link is still there. Anything that would stop Google is explained and not charged.

Submission

Accepted URLs go on public discovery pages on our domain, with an RSS feed. Those pages are announced through IndexNow, WebSub feed hubs and our ping network. Pages of your own verified sites also go straight to IndexNow under your key and, if connected, to Google under your own account.

Discovery

When Googlebot, Bingbot or an AI crawler reads a discovery page, we log the visit. Googlebot and Bingbot visits are confirmed by reverse DNS, so a fake user agent cannot pass as a real crawler.

Index check

On day 4 and day 14 we look the URL up in Google’s index. Indexed: done, and re-checked on day 30 and 90. Still not indexed on day 14: the credit returns to your allowance automatically.

Two ways in

Most indexing tools do one or the other. You get both in one account and one monthly allowance.

Backlinks and any other URL

Guest posts, profiles, citations, articles that mention you. No site ownership needed.

  • Optional link check: we confirm your link is still on the page and whether it is dofollow before charging.
  • Listed on public discovery pages on our domain and announced through IndexNow, feed hubs and every ping service that passes our daily test.
  • Agency: the crawl hub on every page of our site, a re-submission on day 4 and archive snapshots.

Your own websites

Blogs, shops and client sites you control.

  • IndexNow under your own key: one file on your site and every new URL reaches Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam and Yep directly.
  • Sitemap sync: new pages are found and submitted every day without you lifting a finger.
  • Optional: your own Google Indexing API key, used for your sites only (up to 200 URLs a day, as Google allows).

Proof for every URL

Most indexing tools send a report you have to take on trust. Ours shows, for each URL, what we checked, where it went, which crawler came and what Google’s index says.

  • Blocked URLs are never chargedA 404, a redirect, a noindex tag, a canonical pointing elsewhere or a robots.txt block is found before submission, explained in plain words and left out of your allowance.
  • Already indexed? FreeURLs that are already in Google’s index are detected and not charged.
  • Credit back after 14 daysIf Google has not indexed a URL 14 days after submission, its credit returns to your monthly allowance automatically.
  • Checked again on day 30 and 90So you see links that drop out of the index again.

What we don’t do

A lot of indexing services sell methods that stopped working or break other sites’ rules. We leave those out and say so.

No “ping Google”

Google switched off its sitemap ping endpoint in 2023. Tools still selling it are selling a request that goes nowhere.

No spam posting

We don’t post your links on Reddit, Quora or Medium. Their rules forbid automated promotional posting, and those posts get deleted along with the link.

No 100% promise

Search engines decide what they index. Nobody can guarantee it. We show you exactly what happened and give the credit back when it doesn’t work.
