Terms of use
Draft — to be reviewed together with the Impressum and privacy policy before launch.
1. What the service does
InstantIndexingPro checks the web addresses (URLs) you submit, lists the ones that can be indexed on public discovery pages on our own website, and announces those pages to search engines, IndexNow, feed hubs and ping services. For websites you own and verify, we also send your URLs to IndexNow under your own key and, if you connect it, to the Google Indexing API under your own Google account. We then check whether each URL appears in Google's index and report the result.
2. What we do not promise
Search engines alone decide what they crawl and index. Submitting a URL makes it easier to discover; it does not guarantee indexing or rankings. Where a URL is not indexed 14 days after submission, its credit returns to your monthly allowance automatically. Index checks rely on a third-party search-results service and can occasionally be wrong; you can re-check any URL yourself.
3. Your responsibilities
- You only submit URLs you are allowed to promote, and never URLs with illegal, deceptive or harmful content.
- For own-site features you only connect websites you control.
- One account per person or company. Accounts used for spam or abuse are suspended.
4. Plans and limits
Each plan includes a number of URLs per calendar month. URLs blocked by the pre-flight check, URLs that were already indexed and URLs credited back are not counted. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; a cancelled plan returns to the free plan.
5. Public discovery pages
URLs that pass the pre-flight check are listed on public pages of our website so crawlers can find them. Do not submit URLs you want to keep private.
6. Data
We store your account, your submitted URLs and their results so you can track them. Google service-account keys and API keys you connect are stored encrypted and only used for your own submissions. We send you service emails (confirmation, password reset, billing). We do not sell your data.
